​WHAT IS STUDIOS 41?


STUDIOS41 was born out of a local need after Hurrican Irma displaced so many artists working in Fort Myers Florida and surrounding areas, and is tailored to specially and exclusively serve contemporary artists needs at their convenience and complex schedules. 

We will offer unique affordable and competitive 24/7 accessible urban loft spaces for artists on a flexible short-term (7 and 30-day lease basis) inclusive of all the utilities (electricity & water).

WHO ARE WE?

STUDIO41 is owned by Internationally renowned Artist Marcus Jansen and used to be his studio workspace from 2020-2021. Jansen is also the founder of the Marcus Jansen Foundation in Fort Myers.

HOW MANY UNITS?

We have four individual units to rent at any given time and rotate.

STUDIOS41, will be the first and only 24 hour loft spaces affordable specifically for contemporary artists working in Fort Myers Florida.

The STUDIOS41 motto is to provide revolving (LOFT) space for artists at a first come serve basis.
